Where is my training history stored?
Your complete profile, plan, workout history, measurements, and photos are stored on your device. Solen does not currently keep a server-side backup of that complete history.
Can I use workouts offline?
Training and deterministic calculations remain available offline. Live AI coaching requires an internet connection and will fail honestly when unavailable.
How do I change kilograms or pounds?
Open You → Settings → Units in Solen. Your history remains consistent when you switch display units.
How do I manage notifications?
Open You → Settings → Coaching Presence to control Solen’s outreach. If notifications were denied or disabled, use the Open Notification Settings button there, or open iOS Settings → Notifications → Solen. Turning Coaching Presence off unregisters this device from Solen’s Firebase notification groups.
How do I withdraw AI consent?
Open You → Settings → Data & Privacy and choose Withdraw AI consent. Your local training history is preserved and this device is unregistered from Solen notifications.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use You → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account & data. See our full deletion instructions.
