Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Solen.

Your license

Solen grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own training. Don’t misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell it.

AI-generated content

Coaching, plans, and estimates in Solen are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat them as suggestions, use your own judgment, and see the Health & Fitness Disclaimer.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and may include training reminders, coaching prompts, access-related messages, and block-review prompts. Delivery is not guaranteed and notifications are not emergency or safety alerts. You can change Coaching Presence in Solen or disable notifications in iOS Settings.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for training safely and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Solen is a tool to assist you, not a substitute for professional guidance.

No warranty

Solen is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
