Delete your Solen data

You can start deletion directly inside the app.

Open You → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account & data, then review and confirm the request.

What is deleted immediately

After Solen confirms the request was recorded, the app removes the on-device profile, training plans, workout history, check-ins, body measurements, progress photos, and meal logs, unregisters the device from notifications, and returns to a fresh state. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted within seven days

We delete the anonymous Firebase service account and limited operational records linked to it, including coaching usage counters, access level, invitation redemption, privacy-request records, Firebase notification tokens, and notification-tier memberships.
